REFUND POLICY


Terms  

1.1        Cooling Off Period

Your registration to the event shall be voided if you advise us, in writing, within five (5) days of signing up, that you no longer wish to receive our services or attend our events by delivering or sending a written cancellation notice to us by email only to support@realwealthcreationglobal.com (hereinafter referred to as "Cancellation Notice").

We will then refund to you all monies or part thereof which you have paid to us under these Terms of Service within thirty (30) business days from the date we have received such Cancellation Notice.  

In the event of such cancellation, an administration fee of USD150 plus any any incidental charges involved shall apply.  

1.2       Cancellation

Real Wealth Creation Global Pte. Ltd reserves all rights to cancel our services for any reason whatsoever by written notice to you. You hereby agree that in the event the services are canceled by us, you are only entitled to a refund of the payment
which you have paid to us free of any interest and that you shall not be entitled to claim against us for any other costs, expenses, losses, damages or liabilities which may be incurred or suffered by you as a result of such cancellation. You further agree and acknowledge that we shall have no further liability to you in respect of the cancellation.  

1.3        Refunds

You agree and acknowledge that you shall not be entitled to and shall not claim a refund other than by strict compliance with the Refund Policy.   You further agree and acknowledge that any request for cancellation of the services or events after the Cooling Off period as mentioned in Clause 1.1 above shall be subjected to the sole discretion and approval of Real Wealth Creation Global Pte. Ltd to agree to the cancellation, and in that event, you shall be charged a cancellation fee of 40 percent (40%) of the fee for the services or events that you registered for.

Cancellations shall only be allowed for at least 30 days before the service or event.  

1.4        Transferring of Tickets

In the event you are unable to attend the event that you have booked and paid for, you are eligible to transfer your ticket to a nominated new attendee, subject to written notification to us that includes the full contact details of the new attendee that you have nominated. This written notification shall be submitted to us at least fourteen (14) working days before the event date.

An administration fee of USD50 shall apply.  

Should you wish to transfer yourself to, and attend, the next run of the seminar instead of the one you have booked and paid for, you are required to give written notice at least fourteen (14) days working days before the event date, and shall be subject to approval by Real Wealth Creation Global Pte. Ltd.

A transfer fee of SGD 300 is applicable.
